About Rhyfeel
Rhyfeel is the brand of Rahil Foam Pvt. Ltd., a Cast PE film specialist within the RHYNO Group of Companies. We've been making cast polyethylene films since 2012 from our plant in Depaliya (Padadhari), Rajkot.

Products
Breathable is microporous — releases vapor, blocks liquid. Non-Breathable is fully sealed — both liquid- and vapor-tight, with a soft-touch finish. Pick breathable for premium tier comfort and non-breathable for value or short-duration applications.
A composite: Cast PE film hot-melt bonded to a PP spunbond non-woven, shipped as a single integrated roll for premium "cloth-like" diaper and napkin backsheets.
Engineered perforations are most commonly used as the topsheet (next-to-skin) or acquisition layer in baby diapers, sanitary napkins and adult-incontinence products — keeping the surface dry while liquid passes through to the absorbent core.
CPP is produced by our sister company Rahil CPP Films Pvt. Ltd. under the same RHYNO Group umbrella. We present it here so converters that source both PE and PP can land with a single trusted supplier.
Specifications
10 g/m² for Cast PE (breathable and non-breathable). 30 g/m² total for backsheet laminated film. 15 g/m² for CPP.
Up to 2,400 mm on the cast extrusion line. Slit-to-width to any value from 40 mm.
2,000 – 5,000 g/m²/24 hr for breathable grades, with target tuning inside that band. Measured per ASTM E96-2000 Desiccant method.
Capabilities
Yes — up to 8 colors at 500 m/min on our W&H MIRAFLEX II Central-Impression flexo press. CD and MD registered repeats or random patterns. Solvent-free water-based inks.
Yes — solvent-free hot-melt lamination, full-coat or pattern-dot, with bond-strength tuning per spec.

Sustainability
Every Rhyfeel grade is 100% mono-material polyethylene — sortable into the standard PE recycling stream wherever PE recovery exists. Compliant with India's Plastic Waste Management Rules and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework.
No. Our flexo line runs water-based inks only. No VOC emissions, no solvent recovery overhead.
