A backsheet laminated film is a two-layer composite: an inner Cast PE film (breathable or non-breathable — your choice) and an outer PP spunbond non-woven, bonded together with a solvent-free hot-melt adhesive.
The result is a single roll the converter feeds into the diaper or napkin line — no separate non-woven station required. The wearer feels textile, the absorbent core sees film, and the brand owner sees a premium SKU that doesn't compromise line speed.
