Perforated Film
What it is

Perforated polyethylene film with engineered hole patterns for diaper topsheet, sanitary napkin acquisition layer and absorbent applications.

Engineered perforations let liquid pass through in a controlled way — a job at the heart of every absorbent hygiene product. Our Perforated Film is custom-tuned to the absorbent system: hole geometry, pattern density and basis weight all engineered to the customer's spec.

Most commonly used as the topsheet (next-to-skin) or acquisition layer in baby diapers, sanitary napkins and adult-incontinence products — keeping the surface dry while the core absorbs.

The finished products converters build with this grade.

Real Rhyfeel film sits inside every one of these. The brand on the package isn't ours — but the layer closest to the skin usually is.

Why Rhyfeel

A specialist, not a one-stop shop.

We make Cast PE film for a living. That's our entire factory floor — not a side line. The result is the kind of micron-level discipline only a focused supplier can deliver.

  • W&H MIRAFLEX II — prints on 12 gsm at 500 m/min, which most lines in India can't.
  • Closed-loop scrap recovery — extrusion trim re-enters the melt feed.
  • 2,000 m² 3-micron clean shed — your end-customer's audit won't fail on dust.
  • Direct sales worldwide — you talk to the team that made the film.
