RHYNO Group was founded in 1996 by Mr. Lalitbhai Kagathara as a Rajkot-based manufacturing house. In 2012, the group set up Rahil Foam Pvt. Ltd. — the brand you know as Rhyfeel — to focus on a single category we believed India was about to need at scale: Cast PE film for hygiene.

When we started in 2012, India's hygiene category was a fraction of its size today. The big global brands were importing every micron of backsheet from East Asia and Europe.

We bet that a domestic specialist — one plant, one focus, one philosophy of "get every micron right" — could compete on quality and lead on responsiveness. Twelve years and a W&H MIRAFLEX II later, our films sit inside diapers, napkins and gowns on three continents.

The decisions that built Rhyfeel — to specialise in Cast PE, to invest in the W&H MIRAFLEX II, to run online defect detection across every cast line — came from the floor, not the boardroom.
